Campus Scenes is a campus-only community app - a feed, housing board and lost & found for your university, verified by university email. This page covers the things people most often need help with. For anything else, email us directly.
General help - support@campusscenes.com. Account issues, bugs, questions about how something works.
Safety and reports - safety@campusscenes.com. Abuse, harassment, anything you've reported that needs a human to look at it, or a moderation decision you want reviewed.
Every post, reply, housing listing, lost & found item and Hush message has a Report action on it. Reported content reaches your campus's moderation queue, and enough reports remove it automatically. We act on reports within 24 hours.
Open their post or profile and tap Block. This hides their posts, replies, housing listings, enquiries and chats from you immediately. Manage your blocked list any time from You → Safety and support.
From the app: You → Delete account. It's permanent and immediate - no email or waiting period needed. Full details, including what's deleted and what's kept, are on the account deletion page.
